CAD Drafter
Entry level and/or experienced CAD technician for the preparation of plot plans for single-family homes. Some AutoCAD experience required.

Project Manager
A person capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects and to meet filing deadlines. This position also requires overseeing and/or performing the design of construction documents and submittals to approving agencies. Duties also include working closely with the client with an emphasis on responsiveness and attendance at public meetings.

Experience: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum or 2 years of Project Management experience in a related field.

Residential Project Designer
Duties include site design and preparation and/or supervision of residential site development plans and construction drawings.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of design experience using AutoCAD.

CAD Drafter
Duties include the preparation of construction documents.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD working in a related field.

Survey Crew Chief
Must have experience with total station, data collectors and construction layout. Experience with GPS, Robotics and Boundary and Topographical Surveys preferred.

Survey Crew Member
Assists crew chief. Experience with total station, data collectors and construction layout preferred.
